Modernizacja Rypińskiego Domu Kultury to kluczowa inwestycja w mieście, od dawna wyczekiwana przez mieszkańców. Modernizacja została przeprowadzona w sposób kompleksowy. Objęła nie tylko salę widowiskowo-kinową z balkonem, ale również: kasę, szatnię, kawiarnię i hole z klatką schodową. W ramach projektu zakupiono wysokiej klasy sprzęt nagłaśniający i oświetlenie. Zaspokoją one potrzeby kina, teatrów, koncertów i innych wydarzeń estradowych. Zwieńczeniem prac modernizacyjnych była przebudowa placu przed kinem „Bałtyk”.
Nowa, wyremontowana sala kina zyskała więcej miejsc siedzących – 267. Przed remontem sala dysponowała tylko 211 miejscami. Specjalnie podświetlane schody na widowni są gwarancją bezpiecznego przemieszczania się. Przy projektowaniu starano się zachować detale, które nadają niepowtarzalny klimat rypińskiej instytucji z poszanowaniem jej przeszłości. Zachowano architekturę pilastrów, na których zawisły oryginalne, odrestaurowane kinkiety. Sala zyskała nową scenę z kulisami i zmechanizowaną kurtyną. Zadbanoo wyposażanie sali widowiskowej w fortepian akustyczny.
Technologia 3D, system dźwięku przestrzennego Dolby Atmos spełniają współczesne standardy jakości i z pewnością wzbogacaj wrażenia widzów i odbiorców wydarzeń kulturalnych. Estetyka i piękno nowej sali cieszą oczy i sprawiają, że coraz więcej osób odwiedza Rypiński Dom Kultury.
Bardzo funkcjonalne i niezbędne jest także pojawienie się szatni. Dla oczekujących na seans lub spektakl sąwyznaczone w budynku miejsca – przestronne hole z kanapami i mała kawiarnia.
Dopełnieniem tej dużej inwestycji były prace związane z remontem placu przed kinem „Bałtyk”. Zostały rozebrane murki klinkierowe, które ograniczały przestrzeń i widoczność, oraz wymieniono kostkę brukową. W zamian pojawiły się szerokie schody, prowadzące do budynku. Nowe ławeczki, nasadzenia oraz oświetlenie zachęcają do odwiedzania kinoteatru. Na betonowej tablicy przy wejściu na plac została umieszczona podświetlona nazwainstytucji.
The modernization of the Rypin Community Center is a key city investment, long awaited by Rypin residents. The modernization was carried out in a comprehensive manner. It included not only an entertainment and cinema hall with a balcony, but also: a ticket office, a cloakroom, a café and lobbies with their staircase. Within the project high-class sound and lighting equipment was purchased. The equipment will satisfy the needs of cinemas, theatres, concerts and other stage events. The culmination of the modernization works was the reconstruction of the square in front of the „Bałtyk” cinema.
The new, renovated cinema hall gained more seats – 267, while before the renovation, the hall could house only 211 seats. Specifically illuminated stairs in the auditorium guarantee safe movement for the audience. Design preserved the details that give Rypin institution its unique atmosphere, while respecting its past. The pilasters’ architecture has been preserved, with original, restored wall lamps. The hall gained a new stage with a backstage and a mechanized curtain. The auditorium was equipped with an acoustic piano.
3D technology, Dolby Atmos surround sound system meet modern quality standards and certainly provide the viewers and recipients of the cultural events with enriched experience. The aesthetics and beauty of the new hall please the eyes and encourage more and more people to visit the Rypin Community Centre.
Within the project a new, functional cloakroom was built. For those who wait for a screening or a performance there are designated places in the building – spacious halls with sofas and a small café.
This large investment was completed with the renovation of the square in front of the „Bałtyk” cinema. The clinker walls, which limited the space and visibility, were dismantled. The paving stones were replaced with wide stairs leading to the building. New benches, plantings and lighting inspire to visit the cinema theatre. The name of the institution is highlighted on a concrete plaque at the entrance to the square.
